Kosharitza informationKosharitsa village is situated on the southern slopes of the east Balkan range, 120 m above sea-level. It is 45 km in northeastern direction to the town of Bourgas and 15 km north of the town of Nessebar and only 7 km northeast of the famous seaside resort Sunny Beach. From the village of Kosharitsa are revealed far-reaching panoramic views: to the east you can see Sunny beach resort and the old town of Nessebar, to the south your sight will be captured by Pomorie Bay and reach all the way to the northern slopes of the Strandja Mountain. If you look back you will see a valley formed between the hill “Biberna” which is next to Kableshkovo village and the slopes of Emin Mountain. To the north there is a forest which served as protection for the people from the village during the Turkish yoke. |

Kosharitsa is situated at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountain Range and is surrounded by a forest, which makes it a favourite place for a peaceful holiday. The most popular spot at the moment is Cholakova cheshma- the villa zone of Kosharitsa. Several luxurious houses have already been finished there.

The Climate of Bulgaria. Marked by four distinct seasons, Bulgaria enjoys a generally favourable climate that is one of the country's best features. Summers are typically hot and dry, but rarely oppressive, with moderate relative humidity. Winters are cold but not bitterly so.
Sofia's climate is one of its main attributes with average daytime highs of 28c in July and August and 3c from December to February. The Black Sea moderates temperatures in the east of the country, with average temperatures of 27c and more than 300 hours of sunshine per annum, Mediterranean influences temper the harsher winter continental climate of the interior. The country’s half-dozen mountain groups also play a significant part in determining regional variances. Rainfall is highest in the mountains and in winter there are excellent snow conditions for winter sports.
